Prima Falah Sdn Bhd is proud to participate in the Contractor Development Programme (CDP) – Strategic Management by Business Model Canvas (BMC), held on 7–8 July 2025 at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru. The program was jointly organized by the Centre for Entrepreneur Development and Research (CEDAR) and Johor Petroleum Development Corporation (JPDC), bringing together contractors and business leaders from the southern region.

This initiative aims to equip contractors with structured business strategies by utilizing the Business Model Canvas — a widely used tool for strategic planning and innovation. The two-day workshop covered key topics such as value proposition development, customer segmentation, revenue stream planning, and operational sustainability, providing companies like Prima Falah a stronger footing in both the civil and marine engineering sectors.

Participation in this programme reflects Prima Falah’s ongoing commitment to business growth and operational excellence. By adopting structured strategic frameworks, the company strengthens its foundation for long-term competitiveness while delivering high-quality fabrication, construction, and marine solutions nationwide.
