On 24 July 2025, Prima Falah Sdn Bhd hosted an exclusive Personal Coaching session under the Contractor Development Programme (CDP), focusing on Financial Management and Business Strategy. This one-on-one session was facilitated by experts from the Centre for Entrepreneur Development and Research (CEDAR) and supported by Johor Petroleum Development Corporation (JPDC).

The personalized coaching allowed Prima Falah to delve deeper into our company’s financial structure, identify strengths and improvement areas, and fine-tune our business strategy for long-term growth. Discussions covered financial planning, operational costing, investment decisions, and strategic resource allocation tailored specifically to our business model and industry landscape.

By participating in this session, we were able to gain valuable recommendations and actionable insights, helping us to enhance financial discipline while aligning our goals with market demands. The coaching also emphasized sustainable growth and strategic positioning within the civil and marine engineering sectors.
